Thank you for choosing artwork from my online collection. I want you to have a smooth and satisfying experience, so here is how refunds are handled.

Digital Downloads

All digital files are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once downloaded. If you have any trouble accessing your files, please email: random.pathways@gmail.com or use the contact page.
If a technical issue with the file cannot be resolved, a replacement or refund may be offered at my discretion.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once a digital file has been downloaded.
