How will I receive the artwork?
After purchase, you will receive a download link on the confirmation page, along with an email containing the same link for your records.
What file sizes are included?
Each artwork includes a high-resolution JPG file prepared for professional printing.
Single artworks are provided as one carefully prepared file.
Multi-panel works, such as triptychs, include multiple files, one for each panel.
What is included in the ZIP file?
Your download is delivered as a ZIP file, which contains:

The artwork file(s) for your purchase.

A printing guide with recommendations for paper, canvas, and finishing
ZIP files are used to keep everything organised and easy to download in one package.
How do I open (unzip) the ZIP files?
ZIP files can be opened easily on most devices:

Windows: Right-click the ZIP file → “Extract All”

Mac: Double-click the ZIP file

Mobile: Most modern devices open ZIP files automatically, or via a free file app
Once unzipped, you can access the artwork files normally.
Can I print the artwork?
Yes. You may print the artwork for personal use only.
Each purchase includes a printing guide with recommendations for paper, canvas, sizing, and finishes to help you achieve the best results.
The most up-to-date version of the printing guide is also available on the website.
Do you provide printing services?
No. I sell digital downloads only.
You are free to print using a printer of your choice, locally or internationally, using the included guide.
Can I print very large or custom sizes?
The included sizes suit most home and professional printing needs.
If you require oversized prints or custom dimensions, please contact me before or after purchase and I’ll advise on suitability.
Can I use the artwork commercially?
No. Digital downloads are for personal, non-commercial use only.

Are digital downloads refundable?
No — digital files are non-refundable once downloaded. If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, please contact me and I will help resolve it.
Portrait enquiries and reference images.
Portrait enquiries are considered selectively and begin with an initial conversation.
Reference images are requested only after this stage. Please do not send photographs unless invited to do so.
By submitting reference images, the sender confirms they have the right and permission to share those images for artistic use.
